HOW IT WORKS for online classes

1. Register for the class you want to join by clicking on the class name above (and make sure to select the correct date). You’ll need to register each time you want to attend a class. You’ll then receive a link by email that you’ll use to join. All online classes will be held via Zoom video conference. If you’ve never used Zoom before, you’ll need to download it on your computer or smartphone (which is quick, should only take a few minutes, and we recommend doing this ahead of time by clicking on the link provided).

2. Pay online via PayPal (Mitchell@GrassRootsYogaSC.com) or Venmo (MitchellCHughes) prior to class. Classes are $15. If you have any questions or complications, please feel free to email or call. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds (please let us know ahead of time if you’re unable to pay due to financial hardship).

3. Join virtually 5-10 minutes before your class start time. Set yourself up in a space with a strong internet signal and with your yoga mat, water, and any props. If you’re local and in need of yoga blocks, please reach out as we’d be happy to share ours. No worries if there’s background noise, you can mute yourself by clicking the mute button in the bottom left corner of your video conference window (you’ll automatically be muted upon arriving to your online class).

Thank you for your patience as we all navigate through these new ways of living. We wish everyone good health and healing, and please feel free to reach out if we can be of support.
