Since 2009, Mitchell Hughes has provided training in personal fitness and yoga instruction.  He brings diverse experience to his personal sessions, which allows him to offer a variety of options and personalize one-on-one classes based on individual needs and goals.

Grass Roots Yoga offers personal training in a comfortable environment where each session builds upon the next.  Your personal class can concentrate specifically on yoga instruction.  Mitchell can also incorporate principles of fitness training and physical therapy.  Regardless, the focus of all sessions is on spinal integrity, alignment, mobility, stability, and core strength.
